Acre Properties Ltd. was incorporated in 2004 as demand for personalized custom build commercial properties grew in Southern Alberta. Specializing in metal structures Acre Properties has played a large part in the development of Patton Industrial Park in Calgary, Alberta.

- Preliminary site analysis
- Interior space planning/design
- Project construction cost budgeting
- Design management of architectural, structural, mechanical and electrical working drawings
- Complete Municipal permit processing
- Construction management or Design-Build Stipulated Price Contract including contract administration and cost control
- Due diligence site/building inspections and construction safety controls
